No individual trait defines a leader. Leadership is the sum of all parts. The combination of these parts is what determines how people lead and the scale of their application.
The Reflector Pulse Map has been developed by Claude Gomes following 25 years of leadership education.
The Reflector Pulse Map is a methodology used to analyse, plan, monitor and deliver tangible outcomes on Organisational Development strategies.
The Reflector Team utilises the Pulse Map by applying its principles directly to an individual, focusing on their leadership capabilities or at a broader level such as a project, department, culture or organisation.

Three stages of a Pulse Map:
Stage 1: Pulse Check
Stage 2: Action Plan
Stage 3: Tangible Outcomes
Each stage explores the elements required to help define effective Organisational Development strategies for success and that will maximise individual and business outcomes.
In the interest of effectiveness, being specific is key. At times when applying a Pulse Map it may become evident that the objective or focus is actually too broad. It is recommended that when exploring a context that it is clearly defined and treated as its own project. This may result in some contexts being broken down into more specific focuses which will allow for more tailored solutions.
The Pulse Map is an effective tool for individuals, teams and organisations to reach tangible outcomes through a thorough process that provides a holistic view on organisational development and developing leaders for future.
